October Harvest!

 Today's harvest:
Cosmos flowers, Liberty apples, Sugar pie pumpkin, Jack-be-little pumpkins, Kobocha winter squash, Umpqua broccoli, green onions, cherry tomatoes, and one more slicing cucumber! (Also spinach, a few baby carrots, snap peas, golden raspberries, and more cherry tomatoes. The latter three made a nice harvesting snack while roaming the garden!)

Liberty Apples!

This is today's harvest of Liberty apples from our best dwarf apple tree.  It's a reliable and consistent producer.  There are still about twenty more apples left on the tree.  

Potato Harvest Smashed Potatoes

Don dug a bunch of potatoes this week so we made a feast of smashed potatoes with rosemary for a family brunch.  Delicious!
